Graduation Ceremony in Fort Portal - Uganda
Me and my Wife Stella Balisanyuka Graduated with a Diploma in thoelogy after two years, By "Joshua Nations Bible Training Centre in Dallas Texas but works hand in hand with WORLD EVANGELICAL MINISTRIES (U). Our graduation took place in Fort Portal Western Uganda on 27th. August. 2009. The Guest of Honor was Dr. Shibly from U.S.A and the graduates were 86 from World Evangelical Ministries. The President of W.E.M.I and his wife were Present.
